So you’re saying you do the laundry, dishes, daily household chores, handle some of the bills & finances, have your own career & bring in money for your family, and you do all of the parenting by yourself but your husband just works a standard job? What about that is traditional or 50/50?

So having your husband be active in raising his child will help you tremendously with this burnout. It doesn’t make you a worse partner or mom if he changes diapers.
